1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between you ("User" or "Player") and Techhaven, operating under the trade name Greymet Technology.
By downloading, installing, or playing RoadCross ULTRA, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
All content, graphics, source code, 3D models, sound effects, logos, and trademarks (including RoadCross ULTRA and Greymet Technology) are the exclusive intellectual property of Techhaven.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the game on personal Android devices strictly for non-commercial entertainment.
3. In-App Purchases & Refunds
RoadCross ULTRA offers optional virtual currency (Coins, Gems), boosters, and item packs via Unity In-App Purchases. All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play Store refund policies.
- Virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency.
- Refund requests must be directed to Google Play Support in accordance with Google Play purchase policies.
4. Advertising & Rewarded Placement Policy
The Application incorporates Google AdMob advertisements. Rewarded ad rewards (e.g. Speed Booster, Invincibility Shield, Vanish Booster) are granted strictly upon successful completion of the ad unit callback in compliance with Google AdMob Policies.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
RoadCross ULTRA is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Techhaven ("Greymet Technology") disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
